At Linq'd, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

Return Eligibility

• Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Malfunctioned/Damaged Straps: If your Linq’d strap is malfunctioned or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
